If it is true that none are so hopelessly enslaved as thosewho falsely believe they are free, it must then be concluded that our nation is in a dreadful state of affairs. Far too few understand the actual basis by which freedom and liberty are deduced and, astonishingly, they are able to mistake the rapidly evolving socialistic American police state for a supposed bastion of liberty. Just as a rose by any other name is still a rose…so too is tyranny by any other name still tyranny, and the objective analyst cannot escape the conclusion that a most insidious brand of tyranny has truly engulfed and overtaken this once great nation.
Those who are able to break free from the carefully crafted deceptions of our present time period are shocked to learn that the process through which we have been delivered into bondage has been unfolding with notable rapidity for more than a century. Though on one level we have been bled to death with a thousand small cuts, on another significant plane it has been the inauguration of certain major debilitating institutions that has marked our profound descent into slavery.
In 1913 history recorded the occurrence of three events that collectively precipitated a radical departure from the constitutional governance established by our nation's revolutionary forefathers. In that dreadful year our nation suffered the adoption of the 16th and 17th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution as well as the Federal Reserve Act. These three odious institutions are what we are calling the Three Pillars of Tyranny.
The Federal Reserve Act was illicitly conceived at the now infamous gathering at Jekyll Island, Georgia. It was here that key operatives for the international banking cartel conspired to deliver the nation over to an illegal, immoral, and unconstitutional monetary system. Through calculated subterfuge and deception the resulting Federal Reserve Act was ultimately instituted with the result being that the nation’s monetary system was criminally placed in the hands of a treacherous and shadowy cabal. With their newly acquired power to create money out of thin air, they proceeded to outwork an age old plan to establish global interests at the expense of national sovereignty and individual liberty. With the recent melt down that has been transpiring in the realms of national and international finance, many common folk have begun scratching their heads and asking what in the world is going on? The startling secret that the Federal Reserve is actually a private entity that is accountable to no one has been leaking out to an increasing number of concerned Americans and, for the first time in memorable history, a significant opportunity exists for educating the citizenry as to the criminality of the Fed.
When the IRS is questioned as to the legitimacy of the income tax they routinely respond that the 16th Amendment made provision for the establishment of such a tax. What they fail to mention is that subsequent Supreme Court rulings clearly stated that this amendment did not create any new taxing authority. Furthermore, the explicit intent in advancing the amendment was to tax what were felt to be the obscene profits of the robber baron corporations that were so dominant in the early 20th century. All of this tends to become a moot point when upon further research one discovers that the ratification process for the 16th Amendment was fatally flawed to the extent that not one state properly and legally ratified this supposed income tax amendment. It is also of great significance that the 2nd plank of the Communist Manifesto calls for the implementation of a heavy, graduated, progressive income tax…precisely what America now languishes under.
Like its evil cousin the 16th Amendment, the 17th Amendment was also brought forth in fraud and iniquity. Not a single state properly ratified it, but the 17th Amendment was nevertheless ram-rodded through and proclaimed by then-Secretary of State Philander Knox to have been legitimately adopted by the individual states. The 17th Amendment altered the method whereby United States senators were selected from being hand picked and dispatched by the respective state legislatures, to being chosen via the mechanism of popular statewide election. In affecting this change, the national government effectively stripped the states of their power and authority that had been vested in them by the original Constitution.
Once these three pillars of tyranny were in place, the stage was set for the gradual evolution of our present dreadful state of affairs. The private central bank has long exercised its license to steal and, by conservative estimates, has profited in excess of fifty trillion dollars. It operates above all authority and accountability having never been audited nor required to pay a dime on its massive criminal haul. All the while, the Marxist income tax has been employed as a progressive tool to bring about the gradual destruction of the middle class and to wage war against the free market economy. The collectivist forces who seek to enslave their fellow man must destroy all working prototypes that provide evidence as to the superiority of political and economic systems that are founded upon freedom and liberty. Any possibility that the individual states would have erected barriers and impediments to prevent this tragic downward spiral was eliminated by the undermining of their power base in the U.S. Senate. The changes wrought by the adoption of the 17th Amendment allowed for the transformation of the Senate into nothing more than a forum for bombastic and political posturing where the likes of a Ted Kennedy can be continuously re-elected by a dumbed-down parasitic voter base.
These three pillars of tyranny have been foundational to the gradual enslavement of our nation and people. They were carefully and meticulously crafted and instituted through subterfuge and deceit. Only by understanding how we have suffered the erosion of freedom can we hope to regain that which has been lost. To this end we dedicate the educational thrust of the Three Pillars of Tyranny convention.
